Your appointment is almost here - are you ready? Please take a moment at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your exam to make sure you’re prepared.
- Many exams require special preparations, so please check with your referring physician to see if any are necessary. You can also find exam prep instructions on the reverse side of the Radiology Associates Imaging Center patient order form given to you by your doctor or by clicking on a specific exam under Services and Procedures.
- Upon arrival, you’ll be asked for a valid driver’s license (or other official photo ID), your current insurance card, and your exam order (provided by your referring physician - if you do not have a copy of the order, please make sure a copy has been faxed to the Imaging Center prior to your arrival). In some cases, you may need to bring past films for comparison. See Services and Procedures for more information.
- Please leave expensive jewelry at home. You may need to remove your jewelry prior to an exam and we’d feel better knowing that it was tucked away safe in your home!
